Instructions of battery cell connections for battery pack DIY (12.8V, 25.6V, 51.2V)
Instructions for operation and storage:
- Do not rest the battery in flat (the negative and positive electrodes at the same level)
- Pay attention to the temperature. Usually the temperature for charging, discharging and storage are different.
- Use the same type of battery, same brand and same status (voltage, capacity and internal resistance) for series or parallel connection.
NOTE:
- Each battery cell will come with one set of busbars, bolts, and washer for free. (e.g. 4 cells will come with 4 sets of (busbars + bolts + washers) .
- Each cell shall be used under strict monitor, control, and protection by the BMS.
- Before using for the first time, always run a complete cycle (discharge completely and recharge the cells to full).
- We will match all cells (capacity, voltage, and internal resistance) before shipping.
- The battery is suitable for DIY lovers with knowledge and experience.
